Our story
Two Decades of Family Homes
In 2005, father and son David and Noah Knataitis founded Knataitis Custom Builds in Wayne County, driven by a love for hands-on craftsmanship and quality homes. Starting as skilled tradesmen, they built trust project by project, growing to handle renovations, additions, and custom homes across eastern Monroe and northern Ontario Counties. In 2012, David retired, and dedicated employee Zack Poole became co-owner with Noah, strengthening our trades-based legacy. Today, our in-house craftsmen and long-term trade partners bring precision and care to every home we build.
